does this sleeve hold up alright if theres oil or hydraulic fluid getting on it regular?

got a hose that measures about 1.38 on the inside. is that the right size sleeve for it?

Fit comes down to the inside diameter of the coil sleeve, and this one is 1.38 inch ID. If your hose is 1.38 inch on the inside, that matches the stated ID for the sleeve.

got a couple hydraulic lines rubbing on a frame rail. is this coil sleeve mainly for abrasion protection or is it more for bundling stuff together
