meter says it goes up to 150 GPM but what's the lowest flow it'll actually pick up? trying to figure out if it'll work for some slower moving lines we got

Rated flow range on this one starts at 10 GPM on the low end and tops out at 150 GPM. Anything below 10 GPM and you'd be outside the rated measurement window, so if your slower lines are running under that threshold it wouldn't give you a reliable reading. For anything in that 10 to 150 range though, you can expect accuracy within plus or minus 2 percent of full scale and repeatability within 1 percent.

What's the highest pressure this thing can handle without blowing apart?

This flow meter is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 3500 PSI, providing it's used within the specified flow and temperature ranges.
