those two numbers go together. The SKU used for ordering is P197C486AHZA17-0, and the longer string, P197C486AHZA17-00FSPLCA10-1, is the full manufacturer part number from Permco. Both refer to the same pump, so either one will get you to the right unit when you're cross-referencing or placing an order.
