pump says it works with double acting cylinders, does that mean it won't run a single acting setup or is it fine either way?

Both cylinder types are covered with this one. The P159D is rated for single and double acting cylinder work, so you're not locked into one configuration. The two-speed operation gives you a low-pressure range up to 325 PSI for fast travel and kicks up to 10,000 PSI when you need the force, which holds up well across both cylinder styles.

What's the handle effort like on this pump? I'm gonna be using it for a good while at a time.
