got a straight thread SAE ORB fitting for 1 inch tube. is this the right o-ring size to swap in?

For a 1 inch tube size SAE O-Ring Boss straight thread setup, this is the matching O-ring style. It is Buna-N at 90 durometer with a 1.171 inch ID, 1.403 inch OD, and 0.116 inch width.

what temp range is this o-ring good for? got some fittings running pretty warm and wanna make sure it'll hold up

Buna-N at 90 durometer handles a range of -30 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit, so moderate heat from standard hydraulic system operation falls well within that window. As long as your fittings aren't pushing past that upper limit, you're in good shape.
