Is this here O-ring gonna fit a BSPP fitting?

Sealing is the job. BSPP fittings rely on an o-ring seated at the port face to create a leak-free connection, and that's exactly what this one handles. Without it, a BSPP fitting won't seal properly no matter how tight you run it down.
