what's the temp range on this wear ring? got equipment that sees some pretty cold mornings and hot afternoon runs

Rated from -40°F up to 250°F, so it holds up through wide swings without issue. Cold startup conditions and warm operating temps well within normal hydraulic use are both covered by that range.
