The outside diameter is 2.75 inches, the thickness is 1/8 inch, and the width is 1/2 inch. On the pressure side, nylon at this grade carries a compressive strength of 35,000 PSI, so it handles serious hydraulic loads without giving out. Tensile strength runs 27,000 PSI, which keeps it from pulling apart under dynamic loading conditions.

got a cylinder that takes a 2-3/4 od wear ring, is this one the right size or am i missing something

For sizing, this wear ring is 2.75 inch outside diameter with a 1/2 inch width and 1/8 inch thickness. If those three dimensions match what your cylinder calls for, it is the correct size.
