what's the temp range on this wear ring? got an application that sees some pretty cold startup conditions and want to make sure nylon holds up

Rated from -40°F up to 250°F, so cold starts well below freezing are well within range. As long as your operating temps stay inside those limits, the material holds its properties without getting brittle or soft.

What kind of pressure can this nylon ring handle?

It's rated to handle compressive strength up to 35,000 PSI.
