this fitting adjustable at all, or is it fixed at 90 degrees once its installed?

Fixed at 90 degrees. Once it's in place, the angle doesn't move or adjust. If your application needs a repositionable elbow, you'd need a different style of fitting. For a straight, permanent 90-degree redirect in your hydraulic line, this one does exactly that job without any fuss.

need a simple 90 to turn a hydraulic line, is this elbow fixed or can you clock it where you want?

Fixed orientation is the key limitation here. It redirects flow at a true 90 degree angle, but it is not adjustable for clocking once you go to install it.

That's correct, this 90-degree elbow fitting is not adjustable. It's designed for applications requiring a fixed angle for redirection.
