Can I use this for gasoline?

what kind of fittings does this hose work with? got a bunch of shank style ones on hand already and don't wanna buy new stuff if I don't have to

Shank type fittings work just fine with this hose. It's also compatible with socketless fittings and universal type fittings, so there's a good chance what you've already got on the shelf will do the job. For securing the connection, you can use pinch clamps, Band-It Jr preformed clamps, or bolt clamps depending on what you have available.
