Will this here fitting work with a standard JIC setup on one side and a Kobelco connection on the other? Gotta make sure it'll fit right before I order.

this straight steel adapter is made to go between a JIC end and a Kobelco end. The JIC side is a 3/4" size with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN callout and male gender, while the Kobelco side is a L22 SPECIAL size with a M30 X 1.5 callout, also male.

Got a Kobelco machine that needs a new adapter and the port is M30 X 1.5 metric thread on the equipment side. Will this thing mate up on the JIC end to a 1-1/16 - 12 UN fitting?

Both ends on this adapter are male, so keep that in mind when planning your connection. The JIC side is 3/4" with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN thread, and the Kobelco side is the L22 Special with an M30 X 1.5 thread. As long as your equipment port and your JIC fitting are female on both ends, you got yourself a match.

trying to swap an adapter on a hose, is this one 3/4 JIC on one end and M30 x 1.5 on the other?

On the JIC side it is a 3/4 inch male with a 1-1/16 - 12 UN thread callout. The other end is a Kobelco L22 SPECIAL male with an M30 x 1.5 thread callout.
