does this thing work with standard industrial interchange fittings or do i need something specific to match it up?

got a 3/8-18 npt line already, is this the right male plug for that and what size coupling is it

It uses a 3/8-18 NPTF male thread and it is a -06 coupling size. It is the male half (plug) style with a 2-way valve configuration.
