Hey, would this female half quick disconnect work as a straight replacement for my old Eaton Hansen socket on a 1/4 NPT air line setup

Absolutely fits the bill for swapping in on standard industrial air lines, given it's the Danfoss/Eaton Hansen 1000 Series socket with that 1/4-18 male NPT end and follows the MIL-C-4109 interchange spec.
