Is this wiper ring gonna fit my cylinder rod, which is 1.75 inches?

Does this wiper ring hold up in cold weather? Got equipment sittin' outside through some pretty rough winters and need something that ain't gonna get stiff and crack on me.

Cold temps are not a problem for this one. It's rated down to -40°F, so even the worst winter conditions most folks run into won't cause it to stiffen up or lose its wipe. The metal-clad rubber construction keeps it functional across a wide swing of temperatures, topping out at 240°F on the high end too.
