Will this bulkhead connector work for hooking up hydraulic lines of different sizes? I've got a 1/2" line on one side and a 3/4" on the other.

both sides are male BSPP threads on this thing, does that mean it's meant to pass through a panel or bulkhead wall and connect lines on each side?

Exactly right. The male threads on both ends fit into female BSPP ports on either side of a panel or wall, letting you run a hydraulic line cleanly through without needing extra fittings in between. The 59mm overall length gives you enough reach to handle typical panel thickness while still threading in solid on both sides.

got a bulkhead spot that needs bsp parallel threads on both sides. what sizes are on this one?

Both ends are BSPP male, but they are not the same size. Side 1 is G 1/2 - 14 with a 1/2 inch male connection, and side 2 is G 3/4 - 14 with a 3/4 inch male connection.
