Spring return is built into this model, so it shifts when the solenoid is energized and returns to its normal position when power is removed. It is a 4-way, 2-position directional valve.

Coils on the MaxAir Series are Class F rated and built for 100% duty cycle operation up to 122°F, so continuous-run applications aren't a problem. The aluminum body and Buna-N seals don't need lubrication either, which cuts down on maintenance stops. Operating pressure range is 45 to 115 PSI, and the flow rating comes in at 167 SCFM, so it's got enough capacity to keep pace on a busy packaging line without being a bottleneck.

The valve is rated for temperatures between 15°F and 122°F, so it should function, but you'll want to ensure the environment doesn't fall below the minimum to avoid potential issues.
