what kinda fittings work with this hose, and do I need anything special to clamp it down?

Shank type or universal type fittings are what you want here. For clamping, you've got a few options depending on your setup: pinch clamps, preformed clamps, or bolt clamps all work. Nothing exotic required, just standard attachment hardware you'd likely already have on hand for this kind of air hose work.
