got a hose end that’s 9/16-18 UNF ORFS, will this adapter mate up to it and then give me a G 1/8-28 BSPP male on the other side?

On the ORFS side, it is a 1/4 inch male ORFS with 9/16-18 UNF threads, and the other end is a 1/8 inch male BSPP with G 1/8-28 threads, so it matches those two connection types end to end.

Reckon this'll work for connecting a 1/4" ORFS line to a 1/8" BSPP port? Just want to make sure before I order.

This Adaptall adapter will indeed connect a 1/4" ORFS (9/16 - 18 UNF thread) to a 1/8" BSPP (G 1/8 - 28 thread) port. It's a straight adapter made of steel, so it should hold up well.

What size wrenches am I working with here, and how long is this thing overall?

You've got a 16mm wrench flat to work with, and the overall length runs 25.5mm. It's a compact, straight adapter, so it fits into tighter spaces without a lot of extra stick-out. The ORFS side is 9/16-18 UNF and the BSPP side is G 1/8-28, so make sure both ports on your equipment match those thread specs before you order.
