got a hose end that’s 7/16-20 JIC, will this adapter mate up to it and then go to a 6 mm standpipe?

Built for that exact transition, it has a 7/16-20 male JIC 37 degree flare on one side (Thread 1) and a 6 mm metric standpipe connection on the other side (Thread 2), in a straight adapter body.
