got a hose with a G 1/4-19 female end, will this swivel let me step it down to G 1/8-28 male?

For matching BSPP threads, it’s set up exactly that way. Side 2 is a female BSPP with a G 1/4 - 19 callout, and side 1 is a male BSPP with a G 1/8 - 28 callout, so it adapts from 1/4 BSPP female to 1/8 BSPP male in a straight swivel adapter.

It uses a G 1/8 - 28 male BSPP connection on one side and a G 1/4 - 19 female BSPP connection on the other.
