Got a line running BSPP on one end and JIC on the other. Will this adapter tie those two together without needing any thread sealant or extra fittings in between?

Straight connection, no sealant needed. One end is 3/8-19 male BSPP and the other is 9/16-18 female JIC 37 degree flare, so it bridges those two thread standards in a single fitting. The JIC flare seats metal to metal at 37 degrees, which handles the seal on that side, and the BSPP threads mate directly to your parallel British fitting.
