Will this gear work in any Permco pump, or do I need to check the part number?

You'll definitely want to check that part number. Permco gears are made to tight fits, so getting the right match is key.

Got a Permco gear pump that needs a replacement gear and I pulled part number C1DD47 off the old one. That the same thing as this here part?
Question by: Tommy C on Sep 12, 2025, 3:00 PM
C1DD47 is listed as an alternate part number for this gear, so you're looking at the right component. The primary part number used for ordering is LZ-0995L-10. Just make sure the pump assembly you're working on is a Permco unit, since these gears are manufactured to close tolerances and fit matters a lot in gear pump applications.

got a Permco pump apart on the bench. is this LZ-0995L-10 gear meant to be a direct swap in the Permco 1 5000 assemblies?
Question by: Cindy F on Jun 14, 2025, 2:43 PM
Built as a direct replacement gear for Permco hydraulic gear pump and motor assemblies, the LZ-0995L-10 is intended to restore the original fit and function within that style of Permco unit. It is a part-number-specific component made to close tolerances, so matching the exact supplier part number is the key fit check.
