Product Questions & Answers

i'm trying to tuck a brake line in tight, is this the 90 degree banjo that takes a 10mm bolt and fits 8mm line?
Question by: Frank J on Sep 1, 2025, 11:28 AM
For tight routing, the 90 degree bend helps you turn the connection without putting a sharp kink in the brake line. It is made to accept a 10 mm banjo bolt and it matches up with 8 mm brake line tubing.

If I'm swapping out a brake line on my old pickup, is this banjo fitting pretty universal for that 8mm line size?
Question by: Jimmy H on Sep 3, 2025, 6:24 AM
This 90-degree banjo fitting is designed to connect an 8mm brake line to a 10mm banjo bolt, which is a common size for many automotive brake systems. Check your bolt size to be sure.

Got a brake line running into a real tight spot on an older truck, would this banjo fitting work where a straight one just ain't gonna cut it?
Question by: Brent P on Oct 21, 2025, 6:42 PM
Tight routing situations are exactly what this fitting is built for. The 90-degree angle lets the brake line exit in a direction that follows the available space, so you avoid forcing a sharp bend into the tubing itself. It's sized for 10mm banjo bolt hardware and connects to 8mm brake line, which covers a lot of common light vehicle and truck brake system setups.
