For most single-acting or double-acting pneumatic cylinders running off 1/4 inch ported equipment, 79 SCFM is plenty of headroom. The Cv factor on this valve is 1.7, which translates to solid airflow for typical actuator work at that port size. Just make sure your supply pressure stays within the 28 inch Hg vacuum to 150 PSIG operating range and you won't be leaving performance on the table.
