What kinda fittings work with this hose?

The description says it's set up to use "U" Series fittings with swaged or crimp male couplings, so that's what you'll wanna stick with for a solid connection.

got a propane setup and need a 1/2 inch hose, is this one ok for that and what kind of gas can it handle

hose says it works up to 350 psi, is that enough for propane delivery lines runnin off a bulk tank setup?

The hose carries UL 21 approval, which is the recognized safety standard for LP gas hose used in exactly that kind of service. The 1/2-inch inside diameter and nitrile tube construction are built for propane and butane transfer, so you're not pushing it outside its intended use.
