temp range on this thing go low enough for outdoor winter use? running a cylinder on equipment that sits outside in some pretty cold conditions

Urethane construction on this wiper ring holds up from -65°F all the way to 220°F, so cold weather outdoor use is well within what it's built for. Even in hard freezes, that lower limit gives you plenty of headroom.
