got a cylinder with a 2 inch rod, is this KW-2000 wiper the right size or am i off a bit

For a 2.00 inch rod, this is the correct size. The wiper OD measures 2.375 inches and the base thickness comes in at 0.190 inches, so those are the numbers to cross-reference with your housing bore and groove depth before you drop it in. As long as your groove dimensions match up, you should be good to go.
