Since this SPX Stone Pump Kit AFC Series doesn't include adjustable ends or any form of adjustment, it's really designed for straightforward installation and use with compatible SPX Stone pumps.

got a KP10 on the shelf, is that the same thing as KP-10 or am I gonna end up with the wrong kit

Both part numbers point to the same pump kit. The supplier part number is KP10, and KP-10 is listed as an alternate part number for it.

Does this pump kit come with everything needed to get it running, or are there extra parts I'll need to track down before hooking it up?

A few components will need to be sourced separately before you're fully operational. Check valves and thread sealant are not included with the KP10 kit, so those will need to be on hand before installation. There are also no blades or diodes in the box, so verify that your existing setup already covers those needs before ordering.
