Does this part require any calibration or adjustment after you get it installed?

No calibration needed on this one. The 6 X 20 CPLD CXE runs without any adjustable end or tuning requirement, so once it's in place you're good to go. That's actually one of the more practical things about it for production environments where downtime for adjustments just isn't an option.
