So this goes from a JIC to a BSPT, right? Just want to make sure I'm understanding it correctly before I order.

That's correct, this fitting adapts a 16 MJIC (1-inch JIC 37° flare) to a 1 MBSPT (1-inch male British Standard Pipe Tapered) thread. It's designed for connecting hydraulic lines that use both JIC and BSP thread types.
