part number C1DA91, that cross over to the JA-0574-6D, or are those two separate parts?

Same part, two different numbers pointing to it. C1DA91 is an alternate part number that cross-references to JA-0574-6D. Either one gets you the Permco 5100 Shaft End Cover, so if you've got an old parts list showing C1DA91, you're in the right place.
