Got a system running 1/4" SAE flare lines but I need to tap off to a 1/8" NPT port for a gauge or sensor. this fitting work for that kind of setup?

That's the kind of job this tee handles. Two of the ports are 1/4" Male SAE 37° Flare and the third is 1/8" Male NPT, so you can branch off your main flare line and feed a smaller threaded port at the same time without needing an extra adapter in between.

trying to replace a tee i busted, is this one 1/4 JIC on the run and 1/8 male pipe thread on the branch?

Youve got it. The run is 1/4 inch male SAE 37 degree flare on both ends, and the branch is 1/8 inch MNPT.
