Part number AJ12Z-2 come up when I was cross-referencing some old fittings we pulled off a press line. This the same cap that shows under C1CZ42 and MI-08750288?

All three of those numbers do refer to the same part. AJ12Z-2 is the SSP Fittings Corp supplier part number, and C1CZ42 along with MI-08750288 are just alternate part numbers that cross-reference to it. MINO-00766X89779 is another cross you might run into depending on which catalog or distributor system you're pulling from. So if any of those numbers matched what you had, you're looking at the right cap.
