Will this reducer hold up for connecting some black iron pipe in my shop?

i’ve got 1-1/2 inch pipe on one side and 1-1/4 on the other, is this the fitting that steps it down?

Made as a bell reducer, it connects a 1-1/2 inch threaded opening to a 1-1/4 inch threaded opening so you can reduce down between those two pipe sizes.
