Does this hose work for fuel and lube lines, or is it strictly hydraulic fluid only?

Fuel and lube service is actually one of its listed applications. It carries SAE J1942 certification for that use, so running it on fuel or lube lines is fully within spec. The nitrile tube material handles those fluids well, and the conductive construction helps manage static buildup in those environments too.
