For throttle stops and general cable control jobs, these Weatherhead by Danfoss and Eaton VernierControls are a fit since they are specifically categorized for throttle stops and cable controls and are a push pull control style.

These Vernier controls got no adjustable end or calibration setup on em -- does that make em harder to get dialed in right outta the box, or is that actually the normal way these things work?
Question by: Hank M on Apr 7, 2026, 10:26 AM
No adjustable end is actually a feature here, not a shortcoming. These controls are built without calibration components on purpose, which cuts down on the number of parts that can wear out or drift over time. For throttle stops and cable control setups, that kind of fixed, consistent operation is usually exactly what you want. Less to fiddle with means less that can go wrong down the road.
