What's the cracking pressure on this check valve? Trying to make sure it'll work for my system.

Cracking pressure is rated between 1 and 2.5 PSI.

does this valve work for pneumatic lines or is it hydraulic only

Both, actually. The brass body makes it a solid pick for pneumatic systems and lower pressure hydraulic applications. It handles up to 2000 PSI and flows up to 12 GPM, so it covers a fair range of setups. The 1/2-14 NPT female ports are pretty standard, which keeps installation straightforward on most existing lines.
