Will this pump work alright on my dump truck? I'm looking to replace the one that's on there now.

For dump truck applications, this Eaton Vickers VMQ series vane pump should be suitable. Just double-check that the specs, particularly the 2.75 cu in/rev front and 1.96 cu in/rev rear displacement, are compatible with your existing system.

Front section pulls 2.75 cubic inches per revolution, rear section runs at 1.96 cubic inches per revolution. Both sections share a single inlet, with separate outlets for each, so you get two independent flow circuits off one pump body. That setup is real common on equipment where you're running two hydraulic functions that don't need to be tied together.
