got a small press setup running a Vickers vane pump and trying to figure out if this double unit would drop right in, it's a 2-bolt SAE B mount with a 13T splined shaft, that right?

Both of those check out. The mounting flange is 2-bolt SAE B and the shaft is a 13T SAE B splined configuration, so if your existing setup matches those specs, the physical fit should line up. Port connections are SAE 4-bolt flange style, with a 2-1/2 inch inlet, a 1-inch front outlet, and a 3/4-inch rear outlet, so factor those into your hydraulic connections before swapping it in.
