What size hose will this clamp fit? Gotta make sure it's gonna work on my setup.

The clamp is designed to accommodate outside diameters from 4-1/8 inches to a bit more. It should work for any hose that fits within that range.

All stainless across the board, or is it just the band that's SS and the housing is something else?

Both the band and the housing are fully stainless steel on this one. That's actually the point of the "All SS" designation. A lot of clamps out there use stainless for the band but cut corners with a zinc or carbon steel housing, and that's where you start getting rust streaks and corrosion failure at the screw mechanism. This clamp avoids that problem entirely since every component is stainless.
