Got a 213TC frame motor sitting on a horizontal setup, will this bracket work with it, or is the 213TC frame outside of what this thing handles?

That frame falls right in the middle of the supported range. The mount covers NEMA frame sizes from 182TC up through 256TC, so a 213TC motor is a solid fit. The SAE A 2(4) bolt pump flange is what connects on the pump side, so just confirm your hydraulic pump matches that flange pattern and you're good to go.
