Does this mount come with the hardware needed to bolt everything up, or is that sold separate?

All the bolts and fasteners you need are already included. The bolt kit covers the hardware for mounting the adaptor to the motor and for attaching the pump to the adaptor, so you're not scrambling around for the right hardware once it shows up.
