hose says polyurethane but I keep burning through rubber hoses on my hydraulic press setup, how much longer is this thing actually gonna hold up compared to what I been running?

Polyurethane construction on these hoses is rated to last up to seven times longer than standard rubber hose under comparable conditions. The nylon core tube with polyester fiber reinforcement holds up through demanding duty cycles without the kind of surface cracking and degradation you typically get with rubber. For a press setup running continuous hydraulic cycles, that difference adds up fast in terms of replacement frequency and downtime.

got a 10,000 psi setup. is this hose assembly actually rated for that all day long, or is that a max number?

Rated working pressure is 10,000 psi, with a minimum burst pressure of 20,000 psi. It is also built for continuous service in the -40°F to 150°F temperature range.
