hose says it'll go up to 10,000 psi, is that a continuous working pressure or just a peak they're using for the spec sheet?

For continuous service, it is rated at 10,000 psi working pressure with a 20,000 psi burst pressure. Temperature-wise it is intended for continuous use from -40°F to 150°F.
