hose is rated to 10,000 psi but whats the burst pressure on these things? want to make sure theres enough safety margin for our system

Burst pressure on this assembly comes in at 20,000 psi, which puts it at a 2:1 ratio over the 10,000 psi operating limit. That's the rated maximum working pressure, so you'd want to stay at or below that in normal operation to keep that safety margin intact.
