Got a motor shaft that’s 3/4 and takes a 3/16 key. Is this coupling half the right bore and keyway for that?

It matches a 0.75 inch bore with a 3/16 inch key, so it lines up with a 3/4 inch keyed shaft in those sizes.

what's the temp range on the spider for this coupling? got a spot where it gets pretty cold in winter and hot as blazes come july

The Buna-N spider handles anywhere from -20°F up to 180°F, so seasonal swings in most working environments won't be an issue. If you're dealing with something colder than that on the low end, the Urethane spider goes all the way down to -80°F and still tops out at 180°F on the high side. Either way, summer heat in a typical industrial setting shouldn't push you past that upper limit.

It matches a 0.75 inch bore and a 3/16 inch key. It is a Hi-Q coupling half meant for that shaft and key size, commonly used when coupling a hydraulic pump to an electric motor.
