What thread size does this female fitting use, and is it a metric or standard thread?

M10x1 is a metric thread, 10mm in diameter with a 1mm pitch. That puts it squarely in the standard metric range you'd see on most European and Asian-sourced hydraulic and brake line components. As long as the male fitting or port on the other end matches that same M10x1 spec, you're good to go.
