You are looking at a female M10x1 fitting, and the hex is sized for 17 mm flats so it takes a 17 mm wrench.

part number HFIM19SS, is that the same thing as MI-08749925? trying to cross-reference what my supplier has listed

Same part, different reference numbers. HFIM19SS is the primary SKU and supplier part number for this Brakequip fitting, and MI-08749925 along with MINO-11456X20124 are both alternate part numbers that point to the exact same item. If your supplier has it listed under one of those alternates, you're looking at the right fitting.
