3/8x24NF is the thread spec on this one, which is a fine thread pitch commonly found on brake line connections and related hydraulic fittings. If your existing hardware runs that same 3/8-24 thread, this should mate up without issue. The 19mm hex also gives you a solid wrench flat to tighten it down proper without rounding things off.
